Campfire Cabins LLC
Effective August 2, 2026
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Campfire Cabins LLC website and its direct-booking features (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
The Website is operated by Campfire Cabins LLC, 9411 Old US 27, Gaylord, Michigan 49735. Questions may be directed to Trenton at 989-494-8038.
We try to keep descriptions, photographs, rates, availability, amenities, policies, and other Website information accurate. Minor differences may occur because of maintenance, replacement items, seasons, weather, or updates. Availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is accepted and confirmed. We may correct errors, update content, restrict access, or suspend Website functions when reasonably necessary.
A reservation is governed by the rate and cancellation terms displayed at checkout, the booking confirmation, the Campfire Cabins LLC Short-Term Rental Agreement, House Rules, and property-specific instructions. If these Website Terms conflict with the Short-Term Rental Agreement concerning a stay, the Short-Term Rental Agreement controls. The person booking must be at least 21 years old, provide accurate information, and have authority to use the selected payment method.
Prices, taxes, fees, and payment deadlines are shown during checkout. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor subject to its terms. You authorize charges presented and accepted during checkout and any later charges separately authorized under the Short-Term Rental Agreement. You agree not to submit a false or fraudulent chargeback. Nothing in these Terms limits a legitimate billing dispute or right provided by law or card-network rules.
You may not:
The Website’s text, photographs, graphics, logos, layout, and other original content are owned by Campfire Cabins LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Campfire Cabins LLC grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the Website for personal, lawful booking and informational purposes.
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, suggestion, or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or privacy-invasive. You grant Campfire Cabins LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. We may decline or remove submitted content but are not obligated to monitor all submissions.
The Website may use or link to third-party booking, payment, mapping, social-media, campground, or other services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” CAMPFIRE CABINS LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
These disclaimers concern the Website and do not eliminate obligations or warranties that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, nor do they replace the terms governing an actual stay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campfire Cabins LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the Website. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including where applicable liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, intentional wrongdoing, or violation of a nonwaivable duty.
You agree to indemnify and hold Campfire Cabins LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents harmless from third-party claims and reasonable expenses caused by your unlawful Website use, infringement, fraud, submitted content, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be shifted.
Michigan law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A lawsuit relating solely to Website use must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue in or serving Otsego County, Michigan, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Before filing a nonemergency claim, the parties will make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve it informally after written notice.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver.
